Directors

Jason DeZwirek, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer – Mr. DeZwirek, who co-founded Kaboose in 1999, is considered a leader and expert in the development of family multimedia products with over 13 years of experience in the new media industry.  Mr. DeZwirek is also currently a director of CECO Environmental Corp. (NASDAQ:CECE), an air pollution control company, and API Nanotronics Corp. (OTCBB:APIO), a manufacturer of electronic components and systems for the defense and communications industries.

Jonathan Graff, Director – Mr. Graff was President of Kaboose Inc. from 2003 to 2007, when he assumed the role of Vice-Chairman. Prior to Kaboose Mr. Graff was Vice-President for Homestore.com Canada and, from 1998 to 2001, he was Director of Business Development with Homestore.com (NASDAQ:HOMS), the leading online real estate provider of residential listings in North America. Mr. Graff holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Daniel M. Ambrose, Director – Daniel Ambrose is the founder and Managing Director of ambro.com, corp., which provides strategic consulting to many leading North American media companies, including Cablevision, iVillage, Hearst, Meredith, Advance Publications and Hachette Filipacchi Media. Mr. Ambrose has over 25 years of experience in sales, advertising and publishing having worked at Ziff Davis, Hearst Magazines, Reed Consumer Publications and The New York Times Company, where he was Vice-President and Publisher in the Women’s Magazine Division. Mr. Ambrose also led Child Magazine when it was named one of AdWeek's "10 hottest magazines" for two consecutive years.

Bernard Kraft, Director – Mr. Kraft, who is Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, is a Senior Partner with the chartered accounting firm of Kraft Berger LLP. In 1992, he co-founded and remains a Principal of Kraft, Yabrov Valuations Inc., a company specializing in the areas of litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, business  valuations, corporate finance and management consulting. Mr. Kraft serves on the boards and audit committees of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited, a TSX and New York Stock Exchange listed gold mining company, and Sterling Centrecorp Inc., a TSX listed company involved in real estate in Canada and the United States . In addition to being a Chartered Accountant and a Specialist in Investigative and Forensic Accounting, Mr. Kraft has also obtained designations from The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuations , Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the American Society of Appraisers.

Michael Winton, Director – Mr. Winton is one of Kaboose's early investors and a co-founder of 4th Screen Media Networks LP, a digital media network company.  Prior to 4th Screen, Mr. Winton was the Executive Vice-President for The Marwin Group, the largest franchisee of CiCi's Enterprises LP.  He was instrumental in generating significant additional revenues for Marwin by identifying opportunities within the restaurant sector.  Prior to joining The Marwin Group, Mr. Winton was an attorney with a boutique corporate law firm in Toronto , Ontario specializing in franchising, licensing and distribution law.  Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Winton worked for a private equity firm where he raised capital, implemented business solutions and negotiated strategic partnerships for portfolio companies in the Internet and technology sectors.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a J.D. from Touro Law School.

Craig Wallace, President and Chief Operating Officer – With expertise in operational leadership, strategic planning, team building and business development, Mr. Wallace brings to Kaboose more than 25 years of experience building, growing and operating successful Internet and technology-based businesses. Before joining Kaboose, Mr. Wallace was the President and Chief Executive Officer of AOL Canada Inc., where he was responsible for the Company's overall strategic direction and management. Prior to this, Mr. Wallace was President and Chief Operating Officer of PC Docs Group, a leading global document management software company that traded on both NASDAQ and the TSX and had over 600 employees before being sold to Hummingbird Communications. Mr. Wallace was also the President and Chief Executive Officer of iSTAR Internet Inc., a publicly-traded Internet Service Provider. Prior thereto, Mr. Wallace held a variety of increasingly senior executive positions at Microsoft Canada, including National Sales Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Enterprise Division.

Jonathan Pollack, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Pollack brings financial and strategic experience in building both public and private companies. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Pollack was President of The JMP Group, a strategic and financial advisory firm to numerous private and public companies based in Toronto , Ontario . From 1996 to 2000, he was a Vice President and founding member of Violy, Byorum & Partners, LLC, a New York based investment bank. Mr. Pollack is currently a director of Lifebank Corp. (TSX-V:LBK). Mr. Pollack received a Masters of Science in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors of Commerce from McGill University . He is involved in several philanthropic organizations and is the Vice Chair of Leadership Sinai at the Mt. Sinai Hospital and is Chair of the Crescent School Foundation.
