Your Qualifications/Experiences should include some (or most) of below:

- You have experience with content management systems; from setup to customization.
- You've built a PHP site and have knowledge of PHP's Object-Oriented capabilities.
- You use an RSS reader everyday, and love keeping up-to-date on the latest Web 2.0 offerings.
- You aren't religious about technologies; you pick the right tool for the job at hand.
- You truly believe that software development is meant to be iterative and adaptive.
- You know what we mean when we say 'obfuscate and minify that javascript'.
- You like to read books about software development and have a book on your night stand right now.
- You understand why code reviews are worth doing.
- You know how and why you use branching in source code control systems.
- You know you aren't a graphic designer, but you can do the basics in Photoshop.
- You know the different ways to use caching in web applications and the benefits and drawbacks of each.
- You feel at home on a unix/linux shell as well as with the Windows command line.
- You're pretty comfy hand crafting mysql queries.
